Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. All paid plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Your benefits continue until the end of the billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, your listing reverts to the Basic (free) tier at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep all your reviews and profile information.
Do I need a paid plan to be listed?
No! The Basic plan is completely free and includes a directory listing, customer quote requests, and a basic profile. Paid plans offer enhanced visibility and additional features.
