When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Maintain only one account per person or business
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Contractor Obligations

Contractors using our platform agree to:

• Maintain valid licenses and current insurance coverage
• Provide accurate and truthful profile information
• Respond to leads promptly and professionally
• Maintain professional conduct with homeowners
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misrepresent qualifications or experience

5. Homeowner Obligations

Homeowners using our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate project information
• Treat contractors professionally and respectfully
• Make payments directly to contractors per agreed terms
• Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes

6. Subscription and Billing

Regarding subscriptions and payments:

• Contractors may subscribe to paid plans billed monthly
• A 30-day free trial is available with no credit card required
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are issued at ProConnect's discretion
• Billing inquiries should be directed to support

7. Limitation of Liability

Important: ProConnect Services is a referral platform only. We are not responsible for:

• Quality of work performed by contractors
• Contractor availability or responsiveness
• Project outcomes or completion
• Disputes between homeowners and contractors
• Payment disputes or non-payment

Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, rather than in court.

9. Termination

ProConnect Services may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You provide false information
• You harass or threaten other users

You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
